CLOTTED CREAM
- Keep clotted cream refrigerated. Unopened the clotted cream can last up to 10 days.
- Once opened consume the clotted cream within 5 days.
SCONES
For best results, enjoy your scones on the day of delivery or the following day.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature
- Do not refrigerate (this will dry them out)
- Scones can be frozen on the day of delivery for up to 1 month
- To serve from frozen: defrost at room temperature and warm gently before eating
OLD SCHOOL CAKE
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature
- Best enjoyed within 3–4 days.
- Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- This cake can also be frozen for up to 3 months. Defrost at room temperature before eating.
