CLOTTED CREAM

Keep clotted cream refrigerated. Unopened the clotted cream can last up to 10 days.

Once opened consume the clotted cream within 5 days.

SCONES

For best results, enjoy your scones on the day of delivery or the following day.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature

Do not refrigerate (this will dry them out)

Scones can be frozen on the day of delivery for up to 1 month

To serve from frozen: defrost at room temperature and warm gently before eating

OLD SCHOOL CAKE

Store in an airtight container at room temperature

Best enjoyed within 3–4 days.

Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

This cake can also be frozen for up to 3 months. Defrost at room temperature before eating.

HOW LONG DOES THE VEGAN CLOTTED CREAM KEEP FOR?

When stored correctly in the fridge it will keep for up to 10 days unopened and up to 5 days once opened.

DOES THE CLOTTED CREAM CONTAIN SOYA, NUTS OR GLUTEN?

Our vegan clotted cream doesn’t contain soya, nuts or gluten. However, as it’s made in a kitchen that handles these ingredients, there’s a small risk of cross-contamination — so it may not be suitable for anyone with allergies.

WHAT IS THE VEGAN CLOTTED CREAM MADE FROM?

Our vegan clotted cream is made with just four main ingredients.

a rich blend of cream, butter, sugar and a natural thickener.

CAN I FREEZE THE

VEGAN CLOTTED CREAM?

It’s best enjoyed fresh, but can be frozen for up to one month. Defrost in the fridge overnight and give it a gentle stir before serving.

While the flavour remains the same, the texture may change slightly and become a little more crumbly once defrosted.
