TERMS & CONDITIONS

What is the best way to transport my cake?

Cakes should be placed in the passenger footwell of your car. Not on a car seat as the cake could easily slide off and damage your cake. Someones lap is also an uneven level & there is a greater risk of damaging the sides as their fingers may dig into the box. The car boot is also somewhere the cake can be prone to moving around too much.

In warm weather, ensure the AC is on when collecting your cake. Please don't leave your cake in the car in warm weather it WILL melt. When you arrive home put the cake straight into the fridge.

When collecting your cake please hold the cake box from the base not the sides to ensure you protect the sides of the cake.

How do I pay?

For any orders over £40 a 50% deposit is required. When your deposit or full payment is received your order is secured and will be placed into the diary. If I do not receive your deposit within 2 days of sending you the order details I cannot guarantee your booking will still be available after this time.

The remaining balance is due to be paid 2 days before collection

Payment is via bank transfer. Account details will be given during the order process.  â€‹
